The online calendar displays current openings and allows you to select a date and time that works with your schedule. Each estimate appointment is reserved for one hour, providing time to explain your goals and ask questions.

Before the appointment, make a list of the rooms, exterior surfaces, or business areas you want included. Note any peeling paint, cracks, stains, damaged surfaces, or access concerns that may affect the work. Photos, color samples, and inspiration images can also help communicate the appearance you have in mind.

During the conversation, you can review the project scope, preferred finishes, scheduling needs, and other details that could influence the estimate. Sharing this information beforehand creates a clearer starting point and allows the available appointment time to be used more effectively.
